Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) provided by specialist technicians who have wide range of experience with commercial coffee machine repairs and other appliances. We prefer to offer a periodic performance check of machines at minimum intervals ranging from 15 days to 30 days and even 60 days as well. We ensure there is consistent inspection and maintenance by our coffee machine repairs team, where our customer could limit breakdowns and considerably reduce cost.

In case of any breakdown, our coffee machine repairs team could be connected for assistance either over call or in-person to mitigate the issue free of cost and within minimum plausible time as per the context of client confirmation.
Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC)
At the onset of purchase of machine, both entities, the Irene's Group and the client enters into a service agreement called Preventive Maintenance Contract (PMC), who entrusts a fortnightly or monthly periodic inspection of the machine based as per the agreement. Any breakdowns and malfunctions caused are repaired free of cost until the tenure of agreement time period.
Saeco was founded in 1981 in Italy, in Gaggio Montano, near Bologna. In 1985, it was the first manufacturer in the world to design the “bean-to-cup“, an innovative automatic system for the brewing of Italian espresso. In the last 30 years Saeco has been developing machines that can adapt to the different requirements of its customers, in both the consumer (B2C) and professional (B2B) channels.
