How to operate:
Turn on the switches.
Pour in the ingredients (about 1000 g. will return 1.5 l. of finished product) and fit the lid.
In 25-35 minutes an excellent quality home made gelato is ready.
Gelatissimo is also ideal for instant cooling of any kind of drink, prepare your cocktail, iced tea, iced coffee in few minutes !
Comes with a removable bowl, an ice cream spatula and a measuring cup.
